Conference fee and payment

The conference fee is 1500 SEK (Swedish kronor), 750 SEK for students providing an endorsement letter signed by the head of your department.

Some of the participants are having difficulties in making the payment in SEK to the conference. In that case, you may please pay in Euro or US dollars. The full rate conference fee of 1,500 SEK is equivalent to 165 Euro and 175 US dollars. We prefer payment in Euro, if SEK is not available. If you have problems in paying in advance, please contact the conference organizers.

Kindly print this Payment Form (a Word document), fill it in, and send it to the organizers by airmail. Fax copies or e-mail can not be accepted.

Catering

The conference fee includes a welcoming dinner, two lunches and refeshments. We are planning to have a fish menu for the conference dinner on Friday 6th June. If any of you prefer vegetarian food for the dinner (also for lunches), please inform the organizing committee at your earliest convenience.
